Overview

From the first idea to a garment ready to produce.

Develop is where a brand takes shape. We work with you on the vision, the materials and the technical side of the collection, so that what you imagine becomes a product that can actually be made, in the right quality and at the right cost.

You work with one team that knows the Italian supply chain from the inside. No handoffs between agencies, no lost information: every decision on style, fabric and fit is recorded and carried straight into production.

What we do

01 Creative direction We define the vision, the references and the identity of the collection with you. Moodboards, silhouettes and a clear brief the whole team can work from.
02 Material research Fabrics, trims and finishes sourced from trusted Italian suppliers. We check availability, minimums and cost before you commit.
03 Pattern making Technical patterns and fit, built by people who produce every day. Sizing, grading and construction are solved before the first sample.
04 Prototyping Samples and prototypes refined until the garment is right. Each round is reviewed with you, with notes on fit, finish and cost.

How it works

01 Brief We start from your idea, references and target. Together we set scope, timing and budget.
02 Design and samples Direction, materials and patterns turn into a first prototype, then into refined samples.
03 Ready to produce You receive the final technical pack, approved samples and a production-ready plan.
