  • Contact and appointment forms: name, email, phone number, company, message and requested date.
  • Newsletter: email address.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device data, pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies provided by Shopify and, where enabled, analytics tools.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Replying to requests and managing appointments: performance of pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest.
  • Sending newsletters: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link.
  • Operating, securing and improving the website: legitimate interest. Non-essential cookies are used only with your consent.
  • Compliance with legal obligations.

4. Recipients

Data may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf, such as Shopify (website hosting and forms), email providers and, where enabled, analytics providers. Data is not sold. Some providers may be located outside the European Economic Area and operate under adequate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

Request and appointment data is kept for the time needed to handle the request and for up to 24 months afterwards. Newsletter data is kept until you withdraw consent. Data required by law is kept for the legal period.
